Jo Neary is from Redruth. She was nominated for an Edinburgh Comedy award for her first show.
Her BBC Comedy roles include ‘Wosson Cornwall’ for Radio 4, Judith in Ideal
with Johnny Vegas, Miss Jones in So Awkward, Milky Sue in Man Down
plus various characters in Mitchell & Webb, Adam Buxton’s Me-box and Miranda.

Mimi has a BA in Acting from the Arts University Bournemouth and in 2021 graduated with an MA in Creative Writing from the University of Exeter. While studying her MA, Mimi took a Screen writing pathway and took a particular interest in the structure of British sitcoms and her final dissertation was on ‘The Timeless Appeal of Comic Archetypes’.
Since graduating, Mimi has begun writing and performing stand-up performances which resulted (much to her surprise) in her winning Cornwall Comedian of the Year 2022 on her third ever gig. She has since performed as support for Kernow King on his latest tour and is currently performing in Ed Rowe’s Cornish Caretakers theatre show.
Mimi has also recently co-written, produced and performed in a darkly comic Christmas show for Bodmin Jail, Krampus Grotto.

Daniel has been a professional actor, writer and theatre director since 2008. He is the Co-Artistic Director of nationally touring theatre company ‘Owdyado Theatre (A View from the Edge, Twisted Tales, Twisted Tales Vol. 2, Twisted Tales goes to Edinburgh) and a co-founder of Near-ta Theatre (creators of cult Christmas comedy Christmas. Time. which has run every year for 15 years and counting).
As well as being a regular theatre actor for various companies Daniel has written thirteen professionally produced theatre shows and has directed shows for various companies including ‘Owdyado Theatre, Miracle Theatre and The Hall for Cornwall.

Tim moved to Cornwall at the age of 4 and grew up in Newlyn (still one of his favourite places). His first performance was at the age of 16 as a walk-on in BBC’s Poldark in the 1970s. Tim has always loved performing and has involved himself in a number of community productions, working with local groups and has worked with local community arts organisations on a range of projects such as the Golowan ‘Christmazy Grottos’ and the Golowan (midsummer)and Montol (midwinter) festivals in Penzance.
A few years ago, he took the decision to become a full-time performer and get some formal training. He graduated in 2020 with a BA (Hons) degree in Theatre & Performance after studying at the Academy of Music and Theatre Arts, Falmouth University. He continues to fill his time performing in films and on stage as well as some storytelling. Later in the summer, he’s off to Osborne House on the Isle of Wight for his 3rd year of Punch and Judy shows. Most recently, he has been showered with milky water on a cold April night whilst working on a student production.

Kate is from Penryn and trained as an Actor at Middlesex University in London and Guildford School of Acting. Kate works as an Actor in TV, Film, Theatre, Radio and Voiceover, as well as Commercial and Corporate work. Recent work includes TV series “Playing Nice”, which is now on ITVX and she can currently be seen in feature film “The Chocolate Club”, playing lead role Rose, for which she has now won 9 Best Actress awards internationally.
Kate can be seen in feature film “The Cull”, due for cinema release in 2025, feature films “Long Way Back” directed by Brett Harvey (o-region), and “The Tape” directed by Martha Tilston (Storm Force Films), both now streaming on Amazon Prime, and in feature film “Nowhere” directed by Tim Seyfert (Kernowfornia Films), which recently had its US premiere at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, LA and is now streaming on Apple TV. Kate played the title role in the film “Queen of Kernow”, a film about notorious Tudor pirate Lady Mary Killigrew.
She played the regular role of Dr Eve Chester in “Casualty” for BBC television. Kate can also be seen in “Four Balloons and a Funeral” for TV directed by Nina Vukovic (FFP New Media).
